Is there a computer program that can make a reverse family tree / genealogy chart?

I found a bunch of programs that help make the family tree graphic usual, I can not find someone to invest a genealogy chart. (From the oldest couple in the family and then move on to understanding your children, and children, etc) Does anyone know of a program that will do this?

I have a program called Roots that will print the report from the oldest to the youngest. However, I don’t know if they make that program for Windows.
Most of the programs ought to run a report for descendants as well as
ancestors.
